Terms of Service

By accessing or using Astreum ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

Astreum is a space trading and exploration game. We provide the Game on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One account per person is permitted.

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantages
• Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them instead)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items

In-game credits and items have no real-world value. We may modify, reset, or remove virtual items at our discretion. Server resets may occur periodically as part of the game experience.

All content, graphics, code, and game mechanics are owned by Astreum. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may also request account deletion at any time via our Data Deletion Request page.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, BUG-FREE OPERATION, OR PRESERVATION OF GAME DATA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astreum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
